To make different changes to the registration data, a different set of documents is required. Generally, two unchanged points are a power of attorney for the representative of the owner of the individual entrepreneur (unless, of course, he submits the application on his own) and his valid ID card. The most common question is making changes to the list of activities. E.g. to add or to pause a specific activity. However, it can be any changes, such as: change of the trade name (obchodné meno), change of residential address, correction of an error made during registration, suspension of the activities of an individual entrepreneur, etc.

On your part, it is necessary to sign a non-notarized power of attorney in my name for the provision of services and, in particular, for submitting an application to the zhivnostenský register (živnostenský úrad). You must also attach a scanned copy of your current residence permit card to your application. Color copy of both sides.

Deadline for making changes to the zhivnostenský register (živnostenský úrad) for almost any issue ranges from two weeks to a month and depends solely on the workload of the registry staff.
